Don't bother trying to get any information if you only speak English as they only have overseas operators. Finally found out after a 20 minute call and sales pitch, that the information I was requesting from my prescription was not available. How do you expect someone to information from a prescription that was sent to you? You are the only one who has this information. My Dr sent it but doesn't have it either. My only option is to send you a new prescription to make sure the the diagnosis is correct so I qualify for the new $50 price coming July 1st.

Lilly prescription services is a nightmare.
Issues include:
1) My prescription was transferred to Amazon Pharmacy…big problems.
2) Lilly representatives stated they have requested the order be returned to Lilly.
3) Lilly stated it could take up to 72-hours to get the order prescription back.
4) Lilly stated I will receive a text message when I can order my refill at Lilly Gifthealth….. No text, nothing.
5) Lilly representative said it’s “ok” if I’m without Foundayo for 14-days. It doesn’t matter since Foundayo is in my system….
Not true…LILLY MISINFORMATION.
6) LILLY promises a lot, but doesn’t fulfill there commitment.
7) Prrhaps it time to try another pharmacist company for GLP meds.
MY LILLY RATING IS A C-….POOR.

Terrible service!!!
I needed to order a smaller dose because I felt bad from a larger dose, my doctor ordered the drug, and no one even thought to send it until I started to clarify, they sent a trap for an extraordinary order, I paid for it and received a notification that the order was being processed.. so I waited 6 days and nothing changed, I called every day they said wait a little longer and then they said I need a doctor's confirmation.. So no one even considered that order, they didn't contact the doctor, the main thing is they took the money and then it's your problem or will you receive the order, you have to figure out why it's not being sent!! I called my doctor and she solved this problem with them! and now I have to wait 3 days again! 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ So I'm going to miss a week of taking the medication because of them! I hope I won't have health problems because I take a large dose, then don't take it at all, and then take it again! terrible service!!!

Horrible service from Lillydirect
Horrible service from Lillydirect. My first order was for kwikpen but for refills the PA mistakenly put it in for vials. My PA then sent a corrected prescription changing it from vials to kwikpen. Lillydirect just decided to not approve the kwikpen prescription update for some unknown reason but never communicated that to me or the doctor. The only reason I found out was I needed to get my prescription refill early because I am leaving on a 3 week cruise. I called 3 days ago to do that and that's when I found out they had never approved the update to the kwikpen. Then they said that they would put in my request for an early refill (I told the agent I was going on vacation) and I should hear within 3 days. I did not hear within 3 days so I just called them. That's when I found out that the request for early refill had been denied (again ZERO communication). Today's agent said she would try again but now I am getting quite concerned it's not going to show up on time. HORRIBLE service by LillyDirect!! I would not recommend them to anyone at this point. My brother is about to start and I plan on letting him know what a nightmare they are to deal with so he can go somewhere else.

I wish I could give a rating of minus 5 stars. My doctors office has sent in a prescription for a new dosage amount for Zepbound twice. Despite receiving phone calls from LillyDirect/Gifthealth to contact them to place my order, each time I go to the site, the new dosage is not there. I then either enter into a chat, initiallly with an automaton who is of no help whatsoever before I can access a live person. I don’t have this problem with any other medication provider. They are the worst!

I had questions that the live agent couldn't answer so a pharmacist called me the next day. Great service!
I had questions. I asked the virtual assistant to transfer me to a live agent, which happened. The live agent couldn't answer my questions so took my information and said a pharmacist would call/contact me within 24 to 48 hours. The next day I received a call from a pharmacist and she took her time with me and answered all of my questions. She was very helpful and honestly told me what I wanted to know. I was more than satisfied with her responses and help. I appreciate that I was able to talk to a pharmacist when the live agent did not have answers for me and told me that my questions would be forwarded. This was great customer service, in my opinion.

I had an extremely frustrating and…
I had an extremely frustrating and disappointing experience with LillyDirect Pharmacy.
My doctor sent my prescription on May 1, and I received absolutely no communication or updates until I personally called on May 7 — the exact day I was due to take my diabetes medication injection. I was then told my “text messages were not working,” yet no one ever attempted to call or email me about the issue. For a time-sensitive diabetes medication, this level of communication failure is unacceptable.
After finally receiving the payment link, I paid $404, only to find out a local pharmacy had the medication available the same day. When I requested that my prescription be transferred so I could receive my medication on time, the process became a complete nightmare.
The pharmacist, Christina, stated she could not help because she was “limited” in what she could do. I then spoke with a supervisor, Kristina, who was rude, dismissive, and repeatedly talked over me instead of trying to resolve the issue. Rather than helping a patient obtain urgently needed medication, she focused on reading policies to me and warning that I would never be allowed to use LillyDirect again if I received a refund. At that point, I had no desire to ever use this pharmacy again anyway.
What shocked me most was being told my prescription could not simply be transferred to another pharmacy and that I would need to contact my doctor to issue an entirely new prescription. This caused unnecessary delays, stress, and risk to my continuity of care as a diabetes patient.
I spent hours on the phone trying to resolve a problem that should never have happened in the first place, only to be treated poorly and given no real assistance. The lack of communication, lack of urgency, and poor customer service were beyond unacceptable.
I would never recommend LillyDirect Pharmacy to anyone who depends on timely access to important medications.
