⭐ 1 Star July 9-July 13
⭐ 1 Star
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with LillyDirect Pharmacy. I paid for my Zepbound prescription on Thursday, July 9 and my order still has not shipped. I have not received any tracking information or a clear explanation regarding the delay.
What has made this experience even more frustrating is the poor customer service. The representatives I spoke with were not helpful, did not provide clear answers, and did not make me feel that my concerns were being taken seriously. When a customer has already paid for an important prescription, timely communication and accurate updates should be a priority.
I understand that delays can happen, but the lack of communication, tracking information, and helpful customer support is unacceptable. I expected a much more professional and reliable experience from LillyDirect Pharmacy.
I would appreciate an immediate and honest update regarding the status of my prescription, along with tracking information as soon as the order ships. Based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend this service.

Customer service is impossible
Customer service is impossible. Calls on hold forever ,virtual agents who are offering inadequate choices, and live agents whose quotient to understand the callers question is simply below the minimum required and often hang-up simply pretending the call was disconnected.
It not unusual for the wrong dose to appear at your doorstep, and to not be able to login to your account.
Save yourself the headache and seek another provider.

Would honestly give zero stars if I could. Customer service agent hung up on me and then had no follow through with my doctor so my RX sat there for days until I had to call again. In total I had to call 6 times for 1 RX. Worst experience ever

I am extremely frustrated with my…
I am extremely frustrated with my experience with LillyDirect. My biggest concern is the lack of consistency. I was repeatedly told one thing, only to have the exact opposite happen.
After LillyDirect moved its prescription processing from Indianapolis to Ohio, the problems began. For months, my physician mailed paper prescriptions without any issues. This time, my physician mailed a paper prescription with 5 refills, but I was later told it had never been received.
Following LillyDirect’s instructions, my physician downloaded the prescription form directly from the LillyDirect website and faxed a new prescription with 11 refills.
A few weeks later, I was informed that the original paper prescription had suddenly been found. I spoke directly with pharmacist Lisa, who clearly explained that she was going to deactivate the older prescription with 5 refills and make my physician’s newly faxed prescription with 11 refills the active prescription because it was more beneficial for me. Based on that conversation, I expected the new prescription to be the one used going forward.
When my medication arrived, I was shocked to discover it had still been processed under the older prescription with only 5 refills. In other words, I was told one thing, but the exact opposite happened.
To make matters worse, every time I contacted customer service, I received a different explanation depending on who answered the phone. Patients should be able to trust the information they receive from pharmacists and customer service representatives, especially when it involves prescription medications.
I hope LillyDirect reviews its internal communication and prescription processing procedures so that other patients do not have to experience the same confusion and frustration. Consistency, accuracy, and following through on what patients are told should be the standard.

I accidentally paid with my debit and called customer services within two minutes to cancel the payment so I can pay with my HSA card. They said they couldn’t help me. I call BS because every hospital, eye vision or dental office I’ve done this at has been able to cancel my order and use my HSA card. They have lazy people there who don’t want to help you. Bad customer service and the product is more expensive then other places selling the same product.
