Just another scamming Chinese company selling inferior clothes. Even though on their website they promote that their clothes are superior to other sellers. Rubbish. Lillipretty is just like the others . Zip didn’t work on the dress . No replacement no refund just a paltry $8. Send it back yourself they said and pay postage DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Lesson learnt for me. If they are not based in Aust they’re not getting my money

Auf keinen Fall bestellen! Kleidung sieht nicht aus wie online, außerdem wird sehr billiges Material verwendet. Das Produkt kam direkt aus China gesendet- ohne Verweis auf die Firma bei der bestellt wurde.

Very transparent about the shipping. time since I did have a few items on pre-order. I like the quality of the clothes as well.

Horrible quality. No tags on the dress stating what the fabric is and the website said linen. This dress is NOT linen!! Also ordered a large and couldn’t even get it over my head. Awful! And like other reviewers here I was offered $3 refund to keep it or a coupon for my next order. Seriously? Total rip off.

The quality of clothing is horrible but worse is the service!! I ordered in Spring!!! Back in April. It’s Aug and I still do not have my order completed. I definitely would never recommend!! Update. Customer service did reach out and try to make it right but bottom line….. poor quality of clothing still remains.

I read the return policy in advance. I purchased a dress. It did not fit. I submitted a request to return. WHAT THEY DON’T TELL YOU IS THAT YOU HAVE TO PAY THE RETURN SHIPPING TO CHINA!!! They offered $3 compensation, but no resolution for the $38 I spent on the dress. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
