I love my new lamp and sconces. They are nice quality, were easy to install and look beautiful. I am looking forward to replacing other light fixtures in our home.

We recently installed this light fixture in our mountain condo. It looks beautiful and adds a “beary” rustic yet classy look to our entryway. The electrician who installed it even commented on how nice it looked!

Very poor customer service. I called and cancelled an order 10 minutes after placing it online as I found out my husband had already ordered the same item the day before. Called the next day and was told the item had already shipped but not to refuse it as that would hold up my return credit and to call back when item arrived. I called back when I received the item and was told a return auth # and prepaid shipping label would be emailed in about a week or two. No email, called again and said to wait another week. Called again and was told the RA# was just emailed but that I must pay to return item. Advised I was told no charge to return but Melanie would not honor Christina's promise. 3 weeks of promises and $36.30 to return an item I cancelled in 10 minutes is VERY poor service. Will not use them again.
