I found *the* lamp at Lights and Home and I ordered it immediately. When it didn't arrive via FedEx (but tracking said it had), their customer service was incredible and helped me quickly get a replacement. Madelyn was so great to work with and her level of friendliness and overall customer service was fantastic. Thank you, Madelyn!
