I placed an order on 2/15. On 2/23, I received an email showing the status update and saw that my order was sent to Houston, TX (I’m in CA). I contacted Lights and Home and they reached out to the manufacturer for my item (Uttermost) to see where my order is. They advised I was sent the incorrect tracking number, however, my order is still nowhere to be found. I asked L & H to cancel my order, which they have with Uttermost, the manufacturer. I have yet still to receive confirmation that it has been canceled as it seems Uttermost is extremely slow in responding. I understand this was not L & H’s fault, but the experience ordering here has not been positive so far. I do want to add their customer service was helpful when I reached out.

I will order from this company again. It was easy and the order person was polite and efficient. The product came well wrapped and in perfect condition. I saved $50.00 by ordering from them. The shipping was free. Great service and great product.

Received my items promptly, but everything was damaged. It seems to me that they were damaged prior to shipping; didn't seem to be related to the shipping/delivery. Regardless, I have reached out to customer service on three occasions and cannot even get a response from them. Terrible customer service. I cannot recommend this company.
