The light fixture is stunning and arrived as pictured on the website. The customer service team is also quick to respond and very helpful should an issue arise.

From the start they were fabulous; when I emailed and said there was a duplicate charge, it was fixed within 24 hrs. Not only do they have amazing light fixtures, there customer service is beyond what I have ever experienced. I highly recommend them, stellar service.

The customer service was prompt and responsive when my light arrived broken. I ordered two and the other one is so pretty once installed. Looking forward to getting my replacement globe.

Excellent customer service

I am giving a 5 star review. I had ordered three of the same fixtures. One didn't come in with the other because of a back order issue. I emailed customer service and they communicated well through the whole process and were quick to respond and make sure I received the fixture. Thank you Leila for the great customer service. Will order from them again.
