I was surprised!
We were able to find fixtures that pretty much reflected the design we were trying to achieve. The price was alright but the quality was a bit flimsy. Thin sheet metal. Plastic ABS components serving as primary structural features. So, it was not a huge surprise when one of the three fixtures we purchased broke. The weak link was the ABS which was holding the weight of the glass and bulb. Somebody must have bumped against the fixture and that was all it took. Anyway, what I was surprised about was LFUSA's willingness to replace the entire fixture. Frankly, I don't know how else it could be repaired since it was permanently wired together. NOT a great design. But they replaced it and it was reinstalled a week later. I was very surprised given the horror stories I've read. I'd still advise caution but they did what they needed to do, so I guess I can't complain.
