I wouldn’t recommend buying LightBurn. It costs £100, and that doesn’t even include updates. You have to pay extra just to get updates later, which feels like a rip-off. It’s really frustrating—most other programs include updates as part of the price, but with this one, you’re paying again just to fix bugs or stay up to date.

Great experience with their customer service. Quick to respond and explain clearly. The software is great. Have been using it for about 2 years with my galvo fiber laser. Was easy to get started and start producing quickly .

Excellent software and outstanding support! The software works perfectly, and the support team was incredibly responsive and professional. Every email I sent was answered quickly and clearly. I only had a few questions about the registration process, and they handled everything smoothly. Thanks again for the awesome support—highly recommended!
