I purchased the software licence from lightburn I installed it on my computer which works great .but when I tried to install on my laptop it won't let me saying I've already installed it 2 times but I've only used it once. so be aware

Great service Bought camera and software. It was shipped quickly (same day) Unfortunately, Danish customs thought it was spy equipment and sent it back. After which Lightburn sent with another freight company which was responsible for customs clearance itself. All without charge, and super fast. Super service Har købt kamera og software. Det blev lynhurtigt afsendt (samme dag) Desværre troet Dansk toldvæsen det var spionudstyr, og sendte det retur. Hvorefter Lightburn sendte med et andet fragt firma som selv stod for fortoldning. Alt sammen uden beregning, og superhurtig.

We are extremely happy with Lightburn Software. We have been using lasers for over a year, and this application by far is the absolute best! I'm amazed with all of the features including design on the fly, setting cut/engrave/score parameters, able to see how the file is printed with the preview option, and so many more features. This is the the best laser software around, and the laser community always recommends getting it. The user support was also very responsive.

habe die software geteste duie richtig gut ist. nach der testphase soll man 60 euro für ein jahr bezahlen was ich umgehend per paypal gemacht habe. der support sendet einen dann eine code zu was bis heute nicht geschehen ist. auch die emails werden ignoriert... fazit: einfach schlechter support !!!!

Hello, I know you wrote this in 2022, but we just set up a Trustpilot account so we didn't see this. [email protected] answers all emails within 48 business hours, so please make sure you reached out to the correct address. As for your license code, sometimes those who pay with PayPal have a different email address they set up PayPal with, and the code goes there.
