I’m new to laser work. When I first installed the LightBurn software and started playing with it. My machine would make noise with clicking on the framing option, but it didn’t produce any actual red light. I spent a few hours fiddling with it unsuccessfully, then I emailed their support. I got a prompt response, and they assured me the software was working properly because it did something when I clicked the button in the application. However, I was surprised by their question in the email: “Is the lens cap removed?” when I turned my face toward the laser machine. I noticed that the cap was still on. This was the actual issue, and I was told that they’d experienced a similar problem themselves. Overall, this experience was quite surprising, but their support was prompt friendly and exceptional.

Without a doubt the most user friendly, most up to date and figured out laser engraving program.
