They have had updates that have bugs, I've had to re-install the older version in order to work, when customer service finally responded to me they asked a ton of questions so in the reply i answered after each question, the person kept saying he didn't see my response, asked me why i was reluctant to respond, why i was not cooperating, i send the responded 4 times i even copy and pasted in a new email. issue was never resolved

Lightburn liefert keine angepasste Version für ARM Prozessoren (M4) sondern braucht mittlerweile über 6 Jahre um dei Software erfolglos anzupassen. Nutzer werden mit dummen Ausreden nur hingehalten. Bis im Herbst 2027 dann OS 28 kommt und Rosetta eingestellt wird, bis dahin werden die niemals fertig und dann geht nix mehr, ausser man darf fleißig für Updates zahlen. Mails direkt an LB werden gar nicht erst beantwortet. Alles in Allem eine echte Frechheit

"Pregunté si la licencia se podía activar en dos ordenadores diferentes para poder usar el programa en mi casa de Alicante y en mi lugar de trabajo en Málaga, ya que mi vida se divide entre ambos lugares y no tiene sentido llevarme los PCs de un sitio para otro. Me dijeron que no, que tendría que comprar otra licencia distinta a pesar de que la publicidad habla de dos activaciones. Me parece absurdo y abusivo que, ofreciendo dos activaciones, no te permitan usarlas en estas ubicaciones. Pongo esta reseña para advertir a otros sobre esta política."

Our license policy permits activating on 3 separate computers at a give time, for personal use. We also permit users to share a license within the same household. Over email, you told us you intended to share your license with your partner, across a significant distance (500km), not within the same household, which we explained is a violation of our policy.

Efter at have brugt softwaren i nogle minutter, stopper det med at kommunikere med min AlgoLaser Pixi. Det er simpelthen ikke pengene værd. hvis det skal virke så elendigt.

I wouldn’t recommend buying LightBurn. It costs £100, and that doesn’t even include updates. You have to pay extra just to get updates later, which feels like a rip-off. It’s really frustrating—most other programs include updates as part of the price, but with this one, you’re paying again just to fix bugs or stay up to date.

The support, if you could even call it that, was ridiculous. After downloading 2.0 my machine became for the most part, worthless. I lost consirable power immediately. Their response, is your lens clean. I would have been better off asking a random passersby. I have been without my laser for a month now. I have had to stop taking orders, essentially closing my business. I really wish someone else would create similar software and stand behind it even when it fails.

Hi Debra - as you know, cleaning your lens was not our only suggestion. We left off our recent exchange by suggesting you increase your frequency setting, and haven't heard back if you've tried that. We are more than happy to help you continue troubleshooting this issue, but it is simply not the case - nor is it possible - for a software update to affect your machine in the way you are insisting it has.

Licence bought and One year after the company do not support anymore my OS. Totally unacceptable !!

Hi Philippe — it is sometimes necessary for us to sunset support for older or less commonly used operating systems, so we can focus our development efforts on newer and more common systems. Your key will always be valid for the last version of LightBurn that supported your operating system. If you are using a sunsetted version of Windows or macOS, you can email us at [email protected], and we can provide you with a final legacy release of LightBurn 2.0.04 that is compatible with those systems. Please note that these legacy releases will not be made available when we reach version 2.1.
