After purchasing Lightburn on line i had a question about downloading. I was able to get the problem resolved by chatting online with a Lightburn technician. Great service sand great product.

Finally, a laser cutter program that just works! The layout and editing tools are intuitive and powerful, making my design workflow incredibly smooth. The level of control it gives me over my machine is night and day compared to the stock software.

Ok Let me clarify a review I gave on LightBurn a couple days ago I recently had my computer crash and had to put my laser on another device I had my key but could not get the page I needed to install the key. I fought with it for a day or two and sent emails to support only to receive the response I already had so so being the short fused person I am. (Sorry) lightburn I finally got a response and clearly stated that I love lightburn (but) I felt like they should make it more user friendly. For some of us not so computer smart people and also do better on customer support So with that being said. I finally figured it out on my on and was up and running again. As far as lightburn goes it is a fantastic service could be a little better on the price. (Lol). Thank you lightburn Billy Bennett

I've used this software for about four years now and it's the best on the market. I had an unfortunate hard drive error and couldn't find my key to use the software. I contacted customer support and everything I needed to reinstall it was sent within the hour. Thank you Lightburn

The software is great, never had an issue, using it over 2 years now. The customer support is amazing, contacted them for second PC serial on a Sunday and they replied within a minutes. Keep up the great work Lightburn 🙏
