To be honest I have ordered 3-4 times from here without any issues. Sure, it is slow, but so is every other similar shop like aliexpress, cubezz etc. It arrives eventually.

The service is lousy, a shipment was missed and when I notify it, they (lightake) told me that my products would be replenished in my next purchase, but when that parcel arrived, it did not include my missing products, and now they want me to buy new things, again! in order to include my missing products.

I'll let you judge by yourself; they take the money the minute you make the order, but then they dont ship the goods, they dont reply to messages, and when they do they refuse to give the money back or settle any sort of solution, 1 month later, 2 , 3, 4 months now and nor i received my order nor got my money back!!

Have In mind when you order that it will cost you extra for delivery at least 14$,be ready to wait around 3 weeks and to pay for VAT.in your country even if they say they will send it from Nederland (Holand).The product will come like its original send from China. I received my product and so far all works fine. They post on their page-site only the reviews that they have 5*..they never post the bad reviews,so another reason for customers to worry about.

I have requested a refund from them over and over and they will not email you back. My son worked hard earning money for the drone he ordered and it does not work. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY! If I could give them no stars, I would.

Don't order on this website. Service is 0. They sended me a broken drone.

They made my charge refund dispute (my ordered good has never arrived) in paypal so long with unnecessary questions, that the dispute closed and I am not able to lengthen it anymore. Don't buy from them.
