I order from lightake all the time. Ordered 26 items for $95 and they shipped it 5 days after. I am not affiliated with them. I have never needed to contact customer service.

I bought something for my son for xmas, when we opened the product it did not work! We contacted the company and in the beginning they tried to help.... then nothing... they wouldn't answer me and couldn't get anywhere with them !!! Save your money!! They are horrible 😡

Worst seller I´ve ever used. I pay for tracking number and they kept that money and never send me one. Package never appeared. Customer service promise to resend the product 3 weeks ago and still no news. They are not answering my last emails. Don´t waste time and money on them

I paid for 3-7 days delivery, after 14 days I still have no package. Will I get the product before christmas, or will they send me a brick? Better to pay more elsewhere than to experience this s*it.

Bunch of thieves. I ordered my cube 4 months ago. It still hasn't arrived. Plus they used the money from my credit card. I almost lost more than $4000 dollars for a $10 cube. Do not trust this company.

Lightake is a legit company that actually has a warehouse somewhere in China. I ordered 3 cubes on March 23rd, and they arrived to Canada on April 10th. As you can see, it took a little over two weeks to arrive to my front door. The customer service is great, I emailed them and they emailed me back quickly. I would recommend! I am not affiliated with Lightake, this is just my honest opinion.

Terrible costumer service. I order two package of different cubes and after 3 months they doesn't know where are my orders, the numbers of tracking doesn't exist... and they didn't answer me when i ask them for my refund. Bunch of tiefs
