It seems the buyer never really knows where they stand after they make a purchase here.All was going well at first.Then after a few orders there,things changed.Slower orders,or orders not in stock, but not shown in description as "out of stock"then sent,but still not received.Messages that are vague,or going with no reply more than 24 hrs..My wife has one more order there that has been almost two months,cant track (not found).Funny thing it found its way on her credit bill fast enough.And it has a tracking number,that shows "not found"I really think the products are ok but the service,and communication needs improvement for sure.I also noticed once you receive a item,and review it.It still shows up on your list to say that it is finished or complete,like all other places.

First, they told me that my card had an abnormal and that they need pictures of the front part, then they told me that if I want yo change the product, because, the product that I pick, wansnt available, so i told them to give my money back, and they dont answer!!!!

They shipped me a used and broke quadcopter, then wouldn't replace it or refund the money; they offered me $5.00 worth of points for the $40.00 quadcopter. I will never order from the again, and I urge you not to order from them either.

horrible website and customer service ordered multiple amounts of cubes and all was good but one was broken to all hell. I had emailed them and after arguing they said they were going to send a replacement soon. after a month I emailed them and they never sent the replacement. horrible website, if your in the U.S. order from scs or the cubicle.

20 dni kompletują przesyłkę. Za kilka dni jestem zmuszona założyć spór w PayPal. Szkoda czasu i nerwów. Kupuję przez internet praktycznie wszystko, takie podejście do klienta zdażyło mi się pierwszy raz. Sklep internetowy, to nie zabawa w sprzedaż.

This is a rubbish online store, if you have problems don't expect anyone to reply to you, they take your money and either don't send order or send rubbish. Much better online sellers to buy from who actually have customer service. If you like to loose money and time then go ahead.

They take soooo long! I placed my order February 12, it shipped March 5th, it is April 1st and still nothing... I only ordered one thing. I used them once before and I have emailed them a couple times, they were polite and prompt with their response.
