It's interesting to see other people's thoughts about this company. Personally, I've been buying my cubes on this place for years now and I never had any trouble getting my money back because of a mistake of mine, or with shipping, ordering stuff or anything. Everytime I sent something to the client service, I had a response, sure with a quite terrible English, but still understandable and nice from them ! (mail or facebook sometimes). I sure don't know about stuff like drones and all, but for cubes, this site is great with low price and excellent product quality.

Don't buy from this company! They sent me a defective product and didn't respond to several emails, despite their stated policy of a 48 hour response time! If they don't respond to my last email, I will have to file a complaint with Paypal.

the service this company offers is terrible i have been waiting for over 4 months for my order and still nothing when i contacted them they messaged back asking me to check if all my information was correct and to check the post office to see if my package was there after doing this and still nothing i sent another email to the company asking them if they would be tracking the package or re-sending it now they they are just ignoring my email. i would not recommend this site if the order falls through the cracks they will just take your money block you and say oh well there lose.

I ordered a drone and payd immidiately by paypal. They sent me an email "your order is shipped". But 2 days later they wanted more money for the shipping. I offered them 2/3 of the asked additional shipping costs but they didn't accept. It took 1 week to this point!!! I decided to cancel this order but now I am waiting to get my money back. How would you call this? Fraud??? The worst online shopping experience I ever had. I would never in my life order again at lightake

Ordered a 9x9x9 cube. Seller shipped with completely inadequate packaging (single layer of thin bubble wrap in a soft wrapping, way too big for the item). The cube got damaged in transit (broken corner). Seller offered to ship me a corner to replace the broken one, which I could not accept due to the complexity of the puzzle, so I politely asked to send the cube back for a full refund. At this point the seller started completely ignoring all communication, and I had to open a PayPal case and work through PayPal to arrange the return and refund. After the cube arrived back, I still had to contact PayPal multiple times to receive the refund, as the seller did not acknowledge receipt of the package. In the end I got the refund, but it took almost 3 months, and I had to 'eat' the return shipping cost, even though the product arrived to me broken due to the seller using inadequate packaging. In short - if your package arrives damaged due to their sloppiness, they are completely unresponsive and hope that you will just give up and go away.

BUYERS BEWARE!! The item I bought from them never arrived! I sent them a polite email asking how long it would be as it is around a month late arriving. They messaged asking me to contact my local mail depot. I did what they asked and messaged them back saying it wasn't there. They then asked me to wait to see if it turns up. I waited another month. I messaged them after the second month of waiting asking if they can please just refund me my money. I was now bored of going around in circles with these people. They told me they're not willing to give me a refund, but "will give me 6 points off my next purchase"?? Whatever the hell that is? As if I'm going to make another purchase off them.. Are they for real!! The bottom line is, I've ended up having to escalate the problem to PayPal in order to just get back the money they owe me. All this hassle for a refund of £7. God help anyone who buys anything costing alot of money. DON'T BUY FROM LIGHTAKE.COM It's not worth the hassle!

Asked for 8 cubes, good quality, wonderful price and no problem with shipping as they achieved the time set. Customer service nice and fast.

I ordered items and I payed extra for express shipping because I needed items in specific time. After more than 1 week the order was still not shipped. Communication with customer service (using email) is pretty bad - if they answer, they do it once a day. We got to an agreement that they refund me the money without problems, but refund was not actually been made until I opened a claim on Paypal. Overall everything turned out OK, but it took me a lot of time to solve the problem. It would also be good if they would add information whether item is in stock and expected time for restocking so you can plan accordingly.
