C est du vol , colis jamais expédié , confirmation de leur part 1 mois après la commande , qu'ils n ont rien envoyé. Et aucun remboursement. It is theft, package never shipped, confirmation from them 1 month after the order, that they have not sent anything. And no refunds,

I ordered 4 things for about 10 dollars each. One didn't arrive (after the expected month of waiting ), once asked they said to me that it was out of stock so they didn't send it. They sure had to know that, they made the shipment, but they just didn't noticed me. After asking for for refound they give me 2 choiches: take back my money but lose some due to bank fees, or take a coupon of the order value that could only be used on a higher price purchase. Either way the price for their errors (known from their side but not communicated) is charged to the costumers. Don't order from them

Don't buy from this company! They sent me a defective product and didn't respond to several emails, despite their stated policy of a 48 hour response time! If they don't respond to my last email, I will have to file a complaint with Paypal.

the service this company offers is terrible i have been waiting for over 4 months for my order and still nothing when i contacted them they messaged back asking me to check if all my information was correct and to check the post office to see if my package was there after doing this and still nothing i sent another email to the company asking them if they would be tracking the package or re-sending it now they they are just ignoring my email. i would not recommend this site if the order falls through the cracks they will just take your money block you and say oh well there lose.
