I did not get my item, they refused to resend/refund, when i opened a dispute on paypal, they waited to the last minute and gave a fake tracking number (it showed out for delivery in another state across the country), it was a very low move for a store like this, it was a $4 item.

I've bought about 10+ puzzle cubes and I have more on the way. Shipping: SLOW... but it get's here eventually. DO NOT get DHL shipping, they manage to screw it up fantastically all the time. Stick with the average shipping and wait the month+. The item will arrive, just wait. If you don't want to wait, don't buy it from halfway around the world. Products: Cubes are great, I'm considering a tablet soon for messing around with.[I'll make another review at that point.] Overall: If you want a neat gadget or adapter, lightake is an awesome place. If you want an electronic device, be careful. [I'm about to take a dive to see.]

Purchased items from this shop many times now. Everytime i get the correct products with free shipping. If anything goes wrong, they are easy to contact and respond in fine english. Even if a package gets lost in the post system, they are willing to resend it without too much trouble. They handle orders pretty fast, and you can track it all the way. Though if you live far away from China, i would recommend adding a tracking number since long distance by post can make packages magically disappear, but when it happens, Lightake is very polite and willing to help.

I placed an order with Lightake, of which I only received half of what I ordered (I ordered six puzzle cubes, plus six sets of stickers... The cubes arrived just fine, but the stickers never did). After several back-and-forth emails, I was basically told that I couldn't prove that my order was incomplete, and there was nothing they could do. No refund. No product. No business with Lightake ever again.

Basically what will happen is as follows: 1. You find a great deal and even a coupon online for optimum cheapness. 2. You look at the scam reviews for this website and see that half of them are 5 stars and the other are 1 stars (out of 5) but are swayed by the Paypal logo on their site. 3. You use Paypal to purchase the product and soon receive the confirmation email. 4. Two days later, you check on the order status and it says that it is collecting the product. 5. Another day later, you see that the product has been shipped. However, there is no tracking number. The only thing you see is: [Tracking # Added: No Tracking Number], but you trust lightake.com because Paypal trusts them and obviously, that's the most important thing. 6. Everyday after, you check for an update on the order tracking page but to no avail. 7. Soon enough, you will try to contact the company through their email(s) will much annoyance but be met by nothing. They will not even make an attempt to contact you or reply to the email. 8a. If you used Paypal and open a dispute, lightake.com may just refund you to save themselves from the trouble of sending you anything and to maintain their relationship with Paypal. 8b. You give up entirely and buy desired product elsewhere. NOTE: lightake.com shifts the blame onto the tracking company and asserts that they cannot track the order once the product has been shipped. If you cannot conclude how strongly I am against lightake.com, it's terrible, don't use it, trust me. If you really need more persuasion, visit the lightake forums and see how many posts are consumer complaints(most of which have not been answered, of course).

Payment: Ok, via PayPal Packaging: Ok, well protected in bubble wrap Delivery: Took 3 weeks. Below average Will shop there again.

C'est juste génial, les prix sont extrêmement bas, les frais de port gratuits et l'envoie arrive en 2 semaines environ, ce qui est raisonnable vu que le colis part de HongKong. Un quelconque problème ??? Pas de soucis, le contact support répond vite et propose d'excellentes solutions !! Je recommande se site, vraiment !!
