I've tried a lot of different herbal treatments and amino acids for anxiety and insomnia. Phenibut does seem to work. For me, it works better as a sleep aid. I often wake up in the early morning hours-- 2:00, 4:00, etc.. What works best is taking 500 mg of the Phenibut in the late afternoon and then another 250mg right before bed. While I don't sleep completely through the night, it's definitely a more restful sleep with only one wake up. I wish I could take it every night, but understand the tolerance issues. LiftMode delivery is super fast, and I will buy again.
