USPS 1st Class International is the most affordable international shipping option, but unfortunately tracking is spotty and delivery times are long and hard to predict. Sometimes USPS 1st Class International shipments can take many weeks; other times as little as 5 days. This varies a lot depending on the country to which the package is destined. 1 month is not outside of the range of possible delivery times for 1st Class Mail to South Africa, although it is certainly on the slow side. Very often, international shipping delays are caused by the destination country's customs agency. We strongly recommend checking with http://www.postoffice.co.za/ customer service, in case your item is stuck in customs awaiting payment of duty.
