As a newbie to nootropics, I did not know what to expect. I had been researching different brands, and Liftmode came highly recommended from a friend. I ordered the caffeine + l-theanine and have been taking it 1-2 times a day and all I can say is.... where has this been my whole life? The caffeine gives me the mental boost/clarity that I need and the l-theanine balances it out for a 'relaxed alertness' that I cannot describe. This is a decent company with the lowest price anywhere on a certain supplement I use daily.
