Great effect at low dose, I tried higher doses up to 2g but best effect is felt at 500mg in my opinion. Makes you talkative, improves overall mood and optimism. I have better focus and feel very relaxed and in control of my mindset, i don't get negative thoughts. It's awesome for those days you don't feel like showing up to work, seriously makes a difference. Music sounds great and everything else seems more interesting to do.
