Hello Nathan, Thank you for bringing this to our attention! We would like to request that you get in touch with our customer service department at [email protected]. Our Customer service phone number can be reached here: 1-855-228-9993, during our Business hours, M-F from 9am-6pm, excluding any government holiday. If you could provide us with the order number we would be happy to work on a solution for you. We have had an unusually high volume of customer service requests recently and may take slightly longer to get back to you, but we are responding to every message we receive in the order it arrives. Sometimes, our international customers may encounter extra requirements from the regulatory agencies in their country in order to have packages successfully delivered. Unfortunately, there is little we can do in this regard. We advise that our international customers verify the compliance of any order with the local regulations before placing their order. We appreciate your patience and hope for the chance to serve you again! All the best, Eevee and the LiftMode team
