Hello Eden, We're pleased to report that your order was shipped on 1/11, however, it does appear that you have selected USPS as your courier service. In the current circumstances, we are requesting that 5-15 days be allowed for USPS tracking updates to reflect shipment. The current state of delays is the reason behind the delay warnings at checkout and the red banner over the USPS tracking page that states the following: “ALERT: USPS IS EXPERIENCING UNPRECEDENTED VOLUME INCREASES AND LIMITED EMPLOYEE AVAILABILITY DUE TO THE IMPACTS OF COVID-19. WE APPRECIATE YOUR PATIENCE.” We didn't intend to reach out to you before you package had arrived, but the delays are inconsistent and our automation sends that email after the normal window for delivery has elapsed, we're sorry about that and understand how it could be frustrating. We appreciate your patience as your tracking will be updated once USPS scans your package as they route it to the next transit center. Please let us know if your tracking information has not updated after the requested period and we will be happy to work with you on getting a replacement shipment sent out. Hello Jay, Thank you for your wonderful but honest feedback! We stand by our products and you always have up to 90days to get a full refund. Also regarding the expiration - please contact us to provide the numbers on the container as the shelf life is usually much longer than customers think.
