Unfortunately, we cannot adjust an address on a package once it has been shipped and though we can understand your concerns, your package is still in transit to the address provided and just cleared customs three days ago! Although we shipped your order out on time, he global pandemic has caused inordinate delays for this and other shipping methods. We can assure you however, that your package is still on its way to you. Furthermore, if it does not arrive within twenty business days, we will reship your order with an expedited method, to make sure you receive it promptly and that it is not lost or stolen. If we reship or refund you immediately - we will not be able to recover the shipping costs nor the package that was shipped, as we have to pay import fees, penalties and return shipping costs just to have it sent back to us. We use GMP packaging standards, so we're glad to hear that your measurements lined up with ours:) Phenibut FAA is a more uncommon format, and has been priced according to our costs. We're sorry for the difference in price between the two, but we did really want to make this format available. Regrettably, at the moment, we do not have plans at the moment to bring F-phenibut back to our product catalog, but I will share your enthusiasm for the product with our development team. It does appear that you ordered the large crystal format of your product. We would recommend trying the fine crystals or powder formats if you would like a more finely ground material.
