Hello Onur, Thank you for your support and for your feedback as well. Please note however that we do not deserve a negative rating because we shipped your package on time and it is actually out for delivery to you today. The shipping method you selected is simply one of the slowest methods though less expensive, delivery times are less reliable and prompt. Please let us know if there is anything at all, we can actually do to serve you better in the future. Best regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team

Hello Zachary, Thank you, but we do not sell expired/unusable products. Furthermore, Phenibut is a material we sell out of faster than any other, so for us to have an "old" jar or bottle around. In short, it is virtually impossible that your product could actually have been expired. Please contact us immediately for direct assistance with any QC concern. We require only the numbers from the container, so we may verify the shelf-life and/or log any complaints you have. We look forward to hearing from you and to serving you much better in the future! Warm regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team
