the shipping you pay is just for the shipper to pick up the package from liftmode, you are not paying for them to actually ship it to you, you must still pay shipping for it to be actually sent to you after it is picked up in the united states via USPS it was a flat $60.00 + the $20 or so liftmode charges for pickup, this was for an order that was only $50, imagine paying more in shipping than actual product in 2021

Hello AA, Any and everyone who is ordering internationally should know that as the importer you are responsible for import fees, duties, or customs taxes imposed by your country. We cannot negotiate, predict the amounts, nor do we ever broker the amounts, nor do we gain anything at all from the high shipping costs and fees. We do apologize if this was not clear initially and for any disappointment. Please note however that since you reside in Canada - you may want to go with USPS options in the future. Canada Post often delivers those packages bypassing Customs altogether. Also, note that UPS charges higher customs brokerage fees. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to serve you better? Best regards, Leo and the LiftMode Team

Not that these guys need another great review, but I've been a customer for several years, and never have I received the wrong, or damaged product. Always shipped same say before 5pm, and their customer service is always amazing. Gotta give a huge shout to UPS as well, they always have my pack here in 2 days.
