Hi Darryl, This review is exactly the bumps in the road that i was speaking of. On our end, our shipping team works very hard to make sure that every single order gets out the day it was ordered. Our thoughts is once its shipped it should get to the customer with no problems. But as you just wrote, that isn't always the case. In this instance ,don't ever hesitate to reach out to us. We will do everything in our power down to refunding or reshipping a new order if needed or wanted. you can either send us an email or give us a direct phone call. I am sorry that you are dealing with this frustrating situation . I just checked and it is saying it just got to you while you were writing this review. we will work hard to get that 1 star up to a 5 star! Best wishes, Jason and the Liftmode Team
