Hi Cynthia, Thank you for leaving a review! We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the XL sizing of your cap. You ordered at the perfect time, as we recently introduced XL in all colors. We’d love to know how we can make your experience 5-star worthy instead of 4 stars. I’ll be reaching out separately to gather your detailed feedback and ensure you’re fully satisfied with your shopping experience on our website. - Tarrik

Hi there, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to hear that the caps you received weren’t to your liking. It seems the XL size you ordered might be too deep for your head shape. I’ll reach out to you directly to discuss whether the Regular size would be a better fit for you. - Tarrik
