Bad Communication
Charged my card for my purchase immediately, but never notified me that my hat was on “back order.” Took several weeks to receive my order. Bad communication on the status. Left me hanging the whole time. Per your response below, you DID NOT reach out to me to offer to split the order OR offer a refund. I HAD TO CONTACT YOU, and all I was told was that it was on back order and delayed…. with no ETA of delivery.

To address this, we reached out to affected customers via email to inform them of the delay and offered options to split orders, replace items, or cancel the order entirely. One small defect *with update*
Love the feel of the Beanies (original ones). Got them fast in california. One minor thing is that the black and gray ones I ordered are a little deformed giving a cat ears appearance on one side only (gray) and both sides on the black. When I catch my reflection in the mirror with it it always throws me off, but the other 2 I ordered (blue and red) don't have that effect. Update: they reached out and offered to replace my defective Beanies and sent me two more colors of my choosing for free. Really great customer service and they sent them out quick! I appreciate a business that reaches out to right their wrongs and will definitely be buying from them again.

I looooove my new wool cap
I looooove my new wool cap, but would give it a full 5 stars if I could get it in an XL. I hope I'm not a one woman campaign for seeing this happen! :) Loving the XL sizing! Thank you!
