My order on 8/1 was never placed your company. I called today and was told it was a problem with the delivery-LIE! Finally was connected to a supervisor who admitted the order was never placed. Then there was a discrepancy with the amount owed. What was listed by your company was more than what I was quoted to pay! If this was not the exact system my mom (90 years) wanted i would have absolutely canceled the order.
