this system has met all I expected of it

Gives Mom security and peace of mind to me.

Fortuneatly, I have not had an experience where i had to use it.

The Life Station has worked every time it has been activated. Operators were very helpful and I could understand them.

My only concern is the delay from the time I press the button until the call is answered. I have been greeted with unfailing concern and a caring attitude, but I hope that this delay can be cut down. Fortunately, I have had no crises to deal with, but from time to time I test the unit. I can imagine how desperate some folks could become with a wait, even a short wait. Thanks for your inquiry

There has been many times in the last year that I have been very thankful for Life Station. It has helped and saved my mother 4 times alone. Excellent team and product.

I have had Lifestation for my mom for about 8 months now. The system has always worked everytime I tested it and the Lifestation support team responds within seconds after the alarm is sounded.
