I feel a little disappointed. Because I am visually impaired, I didn't read the instructions very efficiently and I made the mistake of charging my device overnight. Now, it won't contain a charge long enough to get me through the night, so I can't wear it to bed...which was the main reason I wanted it in the first place. I have a breathing issue which causes me to quit breathing during the night, and having a device which I can't depend upon to last is not what I need. Is there a way I can have it replaced and/or repaired? I was told that it should hold a charge for 3 days. Mine now holds a charge for less than 24 hours.

The wristband doesn’t hold the charge very long.

Since I have tried four different alerts, I get confused as to which was which. I think yours was the watch that didn't even hold a charge for the length of one day! And I was not willing to have to re-charge it in the middle of the day, to keep it running until my bedtime.

Purchased for my dad. He's had to use twice this year. Ambulance was promptly called twice, and we were notified instantly by lifestation. Staff has been great. Highly recommend Lifestation.

Very uncomfortable and bulky. I have pretty large hands and it’s not a good fit. Do you have anything smaller?

I haven’t needed to trigger my alarm fortunately, but I had the system for my dad also and it was a valuable service. Especially with a lock box on the door for a key. I like that my smart watch give my m heart rate. I just sent the info like to a friend who wants to get Life Station for a parent.
