Rushed off the phone, great product
Great service, but I feel that the phone operators try and rush you off the phone when you call with questions.

I find that it's a nuisance and overpriced. Worn as a lanyard, i find myself accidentally setting off the alarm as I am leaning into my desk area. The first time it happened people around me were looking to see where the voice was coming from. An Iphone watch wouldn't improve the problem. The first time I fell, I used my iphone to seek help without going through your system.

Very pleased with system and response team.

The good: • Staff answers calls promptly, addressing me by name • Large, bright watch face • Priced far less than Life Alert, Bay Alarm, etc The bad: • Short battery life lasts maybe 20 hours, constantly needs recharging • It may vary by community, but my local dispatch requires a confirming phone call requesting name, address, and medical situation. If the watch doesn't work without answering my cell phone, I'll just wear my cellphone on my arm. • Red "X" to cancel service call doesn't work; every time you bump the alert button by accident somebody calls you.
