I paid $89.99 + tax for this case. 2 months later I needed to replace the FIRST one because the fingerprint sensor cover and the clear square in the back started coming away from the case. Best Buy replaced it as a courtesy to me. 4 months later the new one started coming apart with the same issues. I called Lifeproof and was told the warranty for this case is 30 DAYS!!! WHO wants to spend +100.00 on a case to protect a $1000.00 phone only to be told the case can only be returned in 30 days!!!! For a $10.00, $20.00 or even $30.00 case it is easier to swallow. NOT with a case costing this much!!!

My daughter has a life proof case. When she was walking the phone drop and the glass broke. On their web site they say it will protect from less than 6.6 feet. She is only 5.4 feet. When she called up, the rep told her that they only guaranty if their case breaks not the phone. Whats the point of having the case to protect the phone. On their website they show guys skateboarding in the rain and one drops their phone and it is all good. False advertising.

I just had a great experience with lifeproof! My phone case worked great in the beginning and then water ended up leaking in. However I have a Samsung 7 and it's water resistant so it did not get damaged. Anyway I filled out a warranty form online and within a week, I received a new case. I water tested it and it was legit and still is working legit. Then I called customer service to figure out where I should return my old case and she said that all was covered and that I could go ahead and recycle the phone; no return necessary. I am a very happy customer and loved how easy and effortless it all took. Thank you lifeproof!

I've never had as good customer service, and my problem taken care of, as good as lifeproof! Had a great customer service rep. Forgot to catch his name, but definitely deserves a raise!

I purchased a Lifeproof case for my S5 in Australia, it dropped and damaged the screen. I then decided to upgrade my phone to a Iphone 6s, I rang the Lifeproof team from Australia just to see if it was covered, I was happy to pay a fee. On calling Lifeproof I was greeted by a Americar CSR, I told him what happened and was curious to know if it was covered, I advised the CSR that I would be happy to send in pics for proof. He advised me that they would send me out a S5 case but I said I would have no use for it and told him I upgraded to a Iphone 6s. So they turned around and said that not only would they replace my case but provide me with the Iphone 6s case at no extra cost. The CSR I spoke to was one of the best CSRs I have ever spoken to, understanding, humerous and knowledgeable plus he was intrigued by the Australian accent. Not only does this company provide awesome products, they deliver on their promises. I will never buy another brand case unless its Lifeproof, because I know now this company is awesome and stay true to there word.

There is no way to return this item if it goes wrong outside of the US. I have tried every avenue to return mine. DO NOT BUY. The 'lifeproof' simply does not stand up. The cover broke on mine. Very flimsy.

I was talked in to this case for my droid turbo2. Probably one of the worst $89 + tax I have ever spent. It has survived the drop test and to an extent the water proof test. However as far as dust proof and so on yea right. I absolutely hate the case. No one can hear me unless my phone is on speaker phone while in the case. Called support, went back to the store and absolutely no help. Do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere. Terrible product and a terrible company. I will never recommend this company

I spent $89.99 (plus tax) on a life proof case for my phone. I use it as a business phone so I really need to be clear voiced for clients. Immediately friends, family, and clients all said the same thing :"I can't understand/hear you" .. Big problem! Using the auxillary cord port daily, you unfasten a small rubber piece that vanished within 2 weeks. The only advantage I've seen to the overpriced case is that it's "waterproof" (to a degree). Since I don't swim with my phone, I didn't try it out. Please, spend $40-50 on a really nice Incipio case or look on Amazon for $10-20 decent cases.. Avoid this Overpriced LifeProof company/case.
