LifeProof doesn’t stand behind their products!! Poor case will let water leak into your phone!! Will not hold up to everyday use so how is that LifeProof??? Sad to say all companies in the United States suck now!! Will send you a new case for your broken phone what a insult!! Don’t want your sorry case just a new way to scam people just lie about your products!! Charger port lid broke off, screen bubbles making it hard to type!! Have a phone call,other person on the line will have a hard time hearing you!! So many issues with this case not worth the $80 plus you’ll pay just save your money!! Stay far away unless you want a broken phone!! LifeProof yea right!! A sorry company with poor products how do even stay in business oh that’s right you lie!!

BEST COMPANY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!! I called customer service to trade out my Lifeproof case, and was answered by a very kind customer service representative, Dexter. He was incredibly helpful and I have never experienced such stellar customer service. Would 100% recommend investing in a Lifeproof case, because they are not only reliable phone cases, but also they are a very reliable company. Definitely would recommend!

Went out of my way for 3 days to find the perfect lifeproof case, and I found the Nuud case and loved it. I tested it and it worked so I was excited for my water park trip, of course. However, I used it underwater, barely under water, for like 5 minutes...30 minutes later when I’ve been out of the water since, my phone starts showing white lines across the screen....low and behold there is water in the freaking case!!! Called he company about it when they were open, but they would only want to replace the case and not pay for any part of my deductible for a new phone. So no, I didn’t get the case replaced and I got my money back from Best Buy. Why guarantee something and advertise something and then when it doesn’t work you don’t replace the damaged phone because of YOUR product. STUPID. Scammers. The actual waterproof phone enclosed pouches at the park would have been better and cheaper. Don’t waste your money or else you pay for it in the end!!!!!!

I am very pleased with Lifeproof and their customer service department. I have had a Lifeproof case on my phone for going on 6 years now. Although the water proof seal at the home button does seem to come off after some time, Lifeproof has always replaced my case under warranty without any issues. Every person that I have talked to in their customer service department has always been pleasant and very helpful. Accidents happen and without Lifeproof, I can honestly say that I would have had to replace my phone several times by now.

Life proof is honestly the best company I have ever dealt with, although I have had some problems with the clip for the charger breaking fairly easy, they have sent me a new case everytime with exceptional customer service, such friendly and positive staff. Although the charging clips seem faulty, and is definitely something they need to work on, overall I love the case it's the only case I will ever buy, keeps my phone funky fresh! Thanks life proof keep up the great work

I’ve had my lifeproof case for Iphone 8 and only had it for 1 month before the silicone started to loose it’s adhesion. They are super slow at responding, still waiting for reply warranty purpose

Only two stars because within a year you can claim a warranty on this product. Bought for iPhone 6 originally. Was great for just under a year and the waterproof seals broke and were not performing. Also the screen got scratched up from swimming with it in fresh water. Got a second case under warranty and it has been terrible. Rubber band in the center of the case never sat in the channels. And the rubber sponge for the charging port fell out after 6 months of use. If I drop it it marks up easily. My silent / ringer rocker has just snapped off. As I got home last night the rubber banding on the front of the case has began to come away. And rip. Not impressed. Completely defeats the purpose of the product. I shouldn’t need a new one within each year. Or just over!

It did protect my phone well. The covering for the home button did mess up from the start though. Also, when on the phone with people they can barley hear anything I'm saying. Definitely not worth $80
