Bought a Lifeproof case for my Samsung S7 and within a month the charging port door would no longer latch, thought no problem, by month two I noticed the thin plastic over the home button had a hole in it. The phone case is JUNK!!! Don't buy, Don't buy, Don't buy a Lifeproof case!

Horrible crap product!!!! Had an otter box 5 years and it got looking old but protected the iPhone and had fallen off roof of building, locked by a horse and dropped down many flights of stairs over 5 years and loved it. Got a new iPhone 8 and the lifeproof case and from day one it pops open if it falls on the floor and won’t stay tightly closed and chips easy if bumped on something. Horrible horrible crap product for $80! Rip off I’m livid! 50 cents worth of plastic crap!

I purchased a case off eBay- took a huge risk- I believe it is a legit phone but I called lifeproof to see if they could run a serial number check and basically got told no and to look at their website for tips. I got their number from the website because that section told me if I had questions to give them a call. Lazy.

False advertisement and bad customer service. Purchased a case for my daughter's iPhone 8+, life proof, not so life proof. At over $100 this case provides little by way of ascetics and did not protect her phone or the case as it fell out of the car. The phone and case are completely dented and unusable and LifeProof will do nothing but replace the case for a small shipping and handling fee. This is essentially a $100 case that is as good as a $15 case. Do not purchase, for the bulk you can get another case (i.e. Otter Box) which provides better protection for cheaper. Their claim to protect against life is a farse and the customer service agent giggled as she offered to replace the case even though I do not have a phone for it.

Overly impressed. Bought with reservations about the warranty but loved the product. then i accomplished damaging the case after months, and with no issue they fixed me up. I wont be buying any other case for mt devices.

Ordered for my galaxy s8, was a bit dubious after reading bad reviews on volume buttons not working, screen protectors being a bad fit, bad customer service... arrived today and honestly cant fault it! Everything is perfect. Got the sunset bay colour, its loveley! Highly reccomended!

The product itself is good as expected. However if you buy the mount or arm band the attachment that goes on the back will not allow the new phones to wirelessly charge. Advising their customer service as they seem to only employ condescending and incompetent. Horrible that they can’t employ individuals who can at the very least acknowledge a defucency in their product or even advise that they will look into it. Doubt I’ll purchase this product again

Horrible customer service !!!! I’ve been having problems with them for weeks now! End result : I had to send the case back & pay for it on top of that! I had been a customer for years but this is it for me! I will make sure to let all my coworkers & friends know not to waste their money on lifeproof !
