Been using lifeproof for years and my phones have always remained in perfect condition. I find after a year the cas does get pretty beaten up and With my iPhone5s I had to replace it because the stickers over the apple logo window and home button peeled, but with my iPhone 7 I’ve had my lifeproof case for 2 years and the only issue is some swelling of the rear cover (perhaps due to heating battery?) and some rubber flaking off the edges. All in all a great product that takes the damage so my phone stays a 10/10!

awful design, overpriced

I will forever be so grateful for my life proof case!! I was at Kong’s Dominion and my phone unfortunately flew right out of my pocket while on their new roller coaster Twister Timbers. I was so worried my phone was destroyed, but when I got it back a few days later the only thing wrong was the case has a small crack!! THATS IT!! Just a small crack after flying off a roller coaster at 60mph!

It`s ironic how a company named ”LifeProof” leaves a one year warranty.... The rubber plug for the audio broke after one year.

I spent the money to get what I thought would be a good phone case, but what I got was a piece of junk. 1. The pieces you cover the charging port and headphone port broke off. 2. You can't hear anyone very well with the case on, while talking on the phone. 3. Somehow my phone cracked on the inside of the case! I never removed it from the case since I bought it until I got sick of not hearing anyone on the phone during an important phone call. And found the crack. I don't remember even dropping my phone. Even if I did it's supposed to protect it. What a joke. I even got two replacements. Both did the same thing. Needless to say, that doesn't pay for my cracked phone.

Absolutely satisfied with the costumer service! So helpful and pleasant to talk to. 10/10 🙌🏻

Bought my samsung s8 in October of 2017 first case had a huge gap between screen and case, warranted it after a couple months, second case lasted a month before volume buttons stopped working. Warranted that one third one lasted 2 weeks and now the screen lock button stopped working. Ready to go back to otterbox.

I purchased a lifeproof case for Iphone SE Jersey Gardens. 5 months the rubber had cracks after only one use of the silent buttons. The jack for the headset is no good and audio comes and goes when you are using it while walking. Now after 8 months the rubber side on the front part has come off. Had to use super glue to keep it on. Lifeproof? Maybe 8 months proof. Will last for life if maybe you buy it and keep it in its case and seal it in vault.
