LifeMDReviews of lifemd.com

Katherine was more than helpful! She was very informative and walked me through it step by step excellent customer service!

I signed up for what I thought was going to be a prescription for Wegovy. I filled out all the necessary information. Paid them 249.00. The process went as far as review by provider and stopped. I have tried to message,I got one answer and that said the provider was assessing my info. That's all I have heard. That was 4 days ago. The process was supposed to take 5-7 days we're on day 9 with no communication. I tried calling and it was an AI call. I'm 67 years old. I don't speak to robots.I have asked for a refund of my 249.00 with no response. I will be contacting the BBB for assistance in getting my money refunded. Don't trust this company. God knows what " medicine" I would be receiving. They implied they would send a script to a pharmacy. It was also deceptive about it being a subscription. Don't deal with this company. I need to be better about researching these bogus companies!

I have been on a compound shot for six weeks and I gained 5 lbs since I started. I cut out all sugars as well. Not too sure this works. Also it is very difficult to get an appointment to speak to the nurse. There are no real doctors just nurses. The chat is not much better. I have found no way to speak to anyone immediately. Then their knowledge is very limited, maybe because they are nurses and not doctors? I now just call my own doctor with questions and just get the shot shipped. Once I find a better company I will drop LifeMD. My sister in law went with HERS we started same day, same shot, same dose and she is down 30 pounds. Maybe the shot I purchased is a placebo? Big difference though. From me gaining five pounds and her losing 30 pounds.

Katherine was so amazing, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. She made the phone call and wait time worth it. I greatly appreciate her service and customer care!

She was such an amazing and sweet soul. She listen to me with my weight fluctuation. she gave me the same information that she has been through. Take time to make sure and listen to what plan that I was needing, and when I could start such a very very representative, she needs a complete raise and praise for all that she does for this company I want to tell you that I’m very very pleased and was able to start with you all with her guaranteed showing that they are there for her just as well as they are here for me.

Omg I have been trying to cancel this subscription since September. They have responded that my subscription is canceled. Even on my app it says my subscription is canceled. Yet my billing since September says $19 for subscription. I have sent maybe 10 emails and I am currently on hold for over an hr and nobody will pick up. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

I expressed interest in the program and even went so far as to provide my card number. A phone consult was scheduled but I cancelled the appointment TWICE. Absolutely nothing happened. Received my statement from my card company today and was shocked to see I was charged $75.00 anyway. Be careful of their unjustified charges.

It was the agents patience and professionalism. She engaged me with kindness and expertise.
