The monthly subscription fee is not clearly stated and a bit pricey too. App could be better and offer more resources for the pricey subscription fee. Sometimes its like talking to a dumb AI representative.

I didn’t know there was a membership fee to purchase prescriptions tried to get a refund was told I couldn’t because the prescription had been written then the prescription was 1.5 mg

I am using lifemd for the second time. Easy initial signing experience and easy reactivation of subscription this time around. Zepbound worked for me I lost 11 pounds within a month. Gained 2-3 pounds after i stopped. Back to lose 10 more pounds. Lifemd does not pressure you or overwhelm you to add on services they offer. The providers i talked to at the onset were awesome. Would definitely recommend.

Fransheshka followed up with a phone call to me after I had shown interest in their medication plan. She was polite, knowledgeable, experienced and patient. Answered all of my questions and put me at ease with the decision to use their services. She's amazing!

I signed up for the program and made my appointment to speak to a doctor. That went ok. My concern was that they did not need me to do any type of lab work before TRYING to get me the prescription and they immediately took $447 for the 6-month program only to find out my insurance would not cover the expense.2 weeks went by without a word from them. I went on to my insurance site, and I found out it wasn't covered by insurance and not a word from them until i complained. Only then did i get an immediate response that it's not covered. I requested a full refund and got a partial and yet not service of program for the money.

Horrible customer service and care.

I enjoyed Life MD. However, when a visit with a doctor was required, I experienced difficulties with the app. The messages I received were 1) there was a technical error, and 2)no appointments were available within 60 days. However, I need my prescription refilled. When I reached out to the support number, the communication was limited. The rep would not get back to me until the next day. They offered an appointment for April 7, but my refill had run out. I needed the next refill by April 2. If service was faster, or the app worked, or an appointment was easier to find, I would not have canceled.
