Im still learning, how you operate. Ive been learn how your application works how to to find out if my health insurance policy appoved aleast some payment. Right nowbit looks like Im paying the whole amount. IM LOOSING WEIGHT SLOWLY MY WEIGHT GOES UP ONE LB DOWN AND THEN ITS 2 LB UP AND DOWN BACK TO DOWN. I DO SEE MY CLOTHES FITING . BETTER.

MEDS ARE NOT INCLUDED
MEDS ARE NOT INCLUDED! They do not make this clear enough before you spend hundreds of dollars and then are unable to afford the prescriptions. Then it's impossible to get a refund almost. Hopefully this review saves some one from losing hundreds of $$ for nothing like I did. I could not afford to lose it but I did and nothing I can do about it except learn a hard and stressful lesson.

We are sorry to hear that there was some confusion regarding what was included in the membership. To provide you with a better understanding, our program works similarly to when you go to an in-person doctor's visit. You pay and consult with a doctor, and they may prescribe medication, which you then pick up from a pharmacy, paying either via insurance or out-of-pocket for the medication they prescribed. Our platform allows all of this to be done virtually and from the comfort of your home. With our platform, you get insurance coverage assistance for Branded GLP-1 medications, unlimited access to your provider, Quest and LabCorp labs, and 24/7 customer service access to ensure you have everything you need along your weight loss journey.
