So just started Zepbound
So just started Zepbound, which my insurance covers so costs me only $10 month. Literally the next month it goes on back order for an indefinite time. Not your fault I know. Now having to pay $300 month until name brand is back. I little different than what I was expecting, hence 4 stars. Again not Lifemed’s fault. The rest of my experience has been very good and good response to my inquiries. The app needs some work as some days it works and others not so much. All people I have interacted with have been awesome.

We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience you've experienced with Zepbound going on backorder. We have a few other options available so you can continue treatment while waiting for your medication to come back in stock. One approach is to discuss with your provider the possibility of switching to a similar GLP-1 medication that may not be affected by the same supply issues. Compounded GLP-1 medications can also be an effective alternative. Our partnered compounding pharmacy can provide these medications, ensuring you continue your treatment without interruption. Additionally, your provider can explore other branded GLP-1 medications that might be suitable for your treatment plan. Rest assured, we're here to help you find the best solution to maintain your treatment continuity. It's great to hear that your overall experience with us has been positive, and we appreciate your understanding regarding the medication availability issue. We're continuously working on improving our app's functionality and reliability, and your feedback is invaluable in that process. If there's anything specific you'd like to see improved in the app or if you have any further inquiries, please don't hesitate to let us know. We're here to support you every step of the way in your health journey.
