The first visit was good although the medication took longer than expected. But it's been a month since I've ordered the second bottle of medication and I still haven't got it. When I message them about it they keep giving me a song and dance about how they're going to look into it. But it's been several days and and nothing has changed. I still don't have my medication which I have paid for.

So far I am not happy with my experience. I signed up and uploaded all my info on 5/22 and scheduled my first appt for 5/24 at 1:00pm. A day after signing up I was notified on the portal that the insurance coverage info was inconclusive. Then I was notified the AM of my appt that my provider was no longer able to make that time and I needed to reschedule for 5/28 at the earliest because of the memorial day holiday. I had the initial consult and was explained the options between the generic vs branded weight loss drug options. I asked if my insurance would cover any of the cost for the branded options and was told that 90% of people are not covered and that the generic option was like $129 for first month and then like $387 per month after. If I wanted more info on coverage of branded I needed to call my insurance company. So much for the insurance help they claim with the $387, six month subscription. One call to insurance and I was able to find out that Wegovy would be $100 out of pocket per month for me. I shared this info with my NP and she said she could write a script for the next round but to call the pharmacies in my area and make sure they could actually fill the product due to shortages. As of today, June 6th, there still has not been a subscription mailed out yet. I reached out two days ago and was given the typical response of prescriptions can take 7-14 business days to ship out that others have received as well. So where this all rubs me the wrong way is that I am paying $387 for 6 months of their service, yet they may not ship order till 6/14 (if they stick to their 7-14 business day policy). My next 4 week appt is not till 6/25, yet I will have not been on the medication for more than 2 weeks best case by then. How do you know what adjustments to make to my dosages and evaluate hot things are going if the medication is not here. Seems like this is going to be very difficult to keep up with the continued and consistent medications. If I end up with large gaps of time in between, then this will not work out so well. I want to see this turn out well and I have been hopeful, but very disappointed so far and seems like more and more red flags popping up.

My initial visit went perfectly fine. The MD I talked with was very cordial, very informative, etc. However, just like the MANY i have reviewed in this forum is WHEN DO WE GET OUR PRODUCT we have paid for. I do not want anymore funds taken from my account due to this either. I have asked repeatedly as well when can I expect my order. I wish I would have gone with another carrier

It took about 5 days to get an appointment and the appointment was fine. After that and then charging my credit card, very little communication. I am still waiting for my prescription. I have preauthorization from my insurance company but they haven't sent in the prescription order to a pharmacy. They've had the preauthorization for 7 days. Thats all they have to do. They do not respond to messages. I think they may be a scam. And for them to say you can reach them 24/7 is untrue. They are unresponsive . I have sent them about 4 emails that they have not responded to. They have probably eight messages through their chat that they have not responded to and I have left three phone messages that they have not responded to all I need to do is send in the prescription. Any phone number for them now is automated and you can’t leave a message. I would not use this company. And the patient portal they are telling you to contact in their replies on the reviews is the chat they never reply to and the 800 number they provide no one actually answers- its a recording

I have been calling LifeMd for several days and talked to many different employees, but the service I received from Dajah V was unmatched! She was diligent, knowledgeable, and honestly very reassuring during a time when my faith is this company was at an all time low. Her ability to communicate- even when I started off as not so friendly- was a sign of an exemplary employee!

I have met with two different providers so far and have felt heard and seen. Following the dosages and dietary and nutrition guidelines for GLP-1 medications and Optavia I feel in control and like I'm getting great results.
