I honestly cannot remember the girls name who helped me on the call. However, she was very understanding, very sweet and caring of my situation.

I had a very positive experience with their customer service department on two different occasions. The first was to get information about the weight loss program prior to joining and then after I met with the provider I decided to not to join and get my refund. Getting my refund went smoothly and showed up on my credit card right away. My visit with the provider was disappointing. He seemed rushed to get off and somewhat annoyed with my questions. The visit lasted for a total of 7 minutes. I decided this was not the company for me. I went elsewhere and had a wonderful experience with a provider that answered all my questions and I felt she truly cared.

Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We are pleased to hear that our customer service team was able to assist you effectively both before and after your decision regarding the weight loss program. It's great to know that they made the process smooth and prompt. However, we are truly sorry to hear about your disappointing visit with the provider. We strive to ensure that every patient feels valued and that their concerns are thoroughly addressed. Your feedback is crucial, and we will use it to improve our services and provider interactions. If there is anything we can assist you with or if you have any further feedback, please feel free to let us know.

So disappointed. I reached out, tried to get clarification, nothing...Increased in price after my first month without warning, like a bait and switch. I had paid for 6 months up front and supposedly to get a refund on that, but haven't seen it. Something is shady about this place. All I wanted was some direction and it was bothersome to them.
