Charged my card immediately. Waited a week to get an appt. Then the provider never came on the visit waited 2 hours. Called customer service and never got a call back when requested then decided to wait and after 20 minutes it dropped my call. I'm thinking this is a scam except it was recommended through Optavia so I'm surprised because they are good. In the process of requesting a refund and plan to go elsewhere. Fingers crossed since I already paid over $300 and can't even get an appt or a person on the phone. Would not recommend.

Payment was immediately processed. However, the initial doctor's appt. was about two weeks out. Not so much of a big deal except your membership immediately starts upon receipt of payment and you're waiting weeks for the doctor's appt. The doctor was friendly and seemed knowledgeable. The "front desk" had an issue with checking my insurance for coverage. They sent a message asking that I call my insurance provider and see if the medication was covered. I thought that service was covered in the initial payment? Anyways, I responded to their message and it has been 7 days and the message is still unread. I called their 866 number and can't reach anyone. The voicemail eventually states that they will "callback" when someone becomes available. That has been about 5 hours now and no callback. All kinds of red flags here. Also, the doctor did state that it takes about 7-14 days for the medication to be sent out. I feel as if they are just delaying so your membership will run out without being able to fully utilize their services. ***EDIT - It has now been 4 days without a call back.

I’ve been using LifeMD for around 4-5 months give or take. Every doctor has been good but Dr. Asunta Moduthagam is incredible. By far the best I’ve spoken to. She took her time, didn’t rush the appointment and seemed like she genuinely cared about me and my health. She is knowledgeable, professional and made me feel comfortable. I will be requesting to see her for all my appointments moving forward!
