Meds always shows up in a timely manner.

Continues to stink, they require no actual appointment so I’m still not sure how that is safe, found an in person dr who was also appalled at what this company does! I asked 3 separate times to have a new primary provider and they continue to let the same NP who does not know what she is talking about (I’m a nurse also) continue to have access to my chart and be listed as my primary provider I have cancelled will not renew and will continue to tell EVERYONE I see use them that they are basically negligent just refilling a med based off 3 questions on a computer is not safe at all, you don’t physically see if they are losing or not, you are taking peoples word for it and they are not medical this company should be shut down!! No I don’t want your crappy CS to contact me while I’m working all day your stink and should not be allowed to practice!. Also they really push their compound and drag with PAs I have my dates PA that was immediately approved and they claimed for almost a week they were waiting on my PA I have spoken to my insurance they were full of it and wanted to sell me on their NOT FDA APPROVED COMPOUND that all these med spas are exploiting the loophole in the law meant for drug shortages for things people can’t live without!!! Ohhh now they want my info…would you like screen shots too of me asking for a new provider and you ignoring it or my questions to the desk team from idk maybe May that were never answered? HORRIBLE company preying on people who don’t know better Update: LifeMD please learn to read as stated in this review I have no desire to speak to your CS I tried emailing and messaging for weeks and you people couldnt be bothered but I write reviews about the crappy service you give and now you want to talk unless you are gonna refund for this crap I have nothing to say to you you know what email me I’ll respond about as quickly as your company did

My experience with LifeMD has been exceptionally great. I am able to speak with the staff and they respond to my messages in a timely manner. I have no issues with getting my medication timely.

I’ve been seeing the staff at LifeMD for almost a year for weight loss and everyone I’ve worked with is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I’ve also been incredibly successsful in my weight loss journey and that is attributed to the doctors and staff who have prescribed the appropriate medication and dosage for me and adjusted it based on my body’s reactions. I know sometimes it’s difficult to see a doctor but because this is virtual appointment, it’s very easy to fit within my schedule.

Very good customer service just need to work on being more responsive to shipping changes

They took the money but never received the medicine. Every time I call or text the portal I am told my prescription has been expedited. Still nothing. Very disappointed. When you feel bad about you appearance and you feel your going to get help and you never receive or get answers. 🙁 My name is Mark Stefan

When I first found the company I read a ton of reviews and decided to go for it as there were so many positive so many negative. That being said at first I started got my appointment a couple weeks afterwards meds came no problem, after the first 4 months suddenly my dr no longer answered and new lady did. Ok fine not a big deal. I had to have an appointment to see my progress and she called me to see if I wanted to cancel last minute since she just approved the refill but I had a few questions they got answered. Then at my 6 months which I paid 6 months upfront they never notified me about a subscription charge or charged me one. Nothing was ordered nor did a dr speak with me between 6-7 months. At 7 months they asked me to change to maintenance since I lost 36 pounds and was in the normal range. When I did that it said it was $199 a month and would be 3 months of that charge. When I hit ok they charged my account $746 which I did not expect. So far I’m waiting to be refunded because I ended up canceling all together since the drs stopped actually responding unless it was for payment. I waited 3 weeks for an answer back after I experienced a bad reaction to the injection. Over all I’m happy I lost weight I couldn’t have lost without their service because my normal dr just brushed me off since I didn’t have a health problem yet. But it would have been nice to know they were trying for or expected a payment they never mentioned. It would also be nice if they gave you attention when you have a real question and didn’t just say sorry I just saw this 3 weeks later. The app is def. Not real time as in when you get a script filled weeks later says it’s still shipping. In this day and age that shouldn’t be a thing if your an online app based company. Sucks I had to just give it up but I was unable to trust the situation any further. I hope this is helpful for anyone who is also looking to get results they couldn’t otherwise and maybe they can step there game up with how much they are charging.
