LifeMD helped me lose 35lbs in about 4 months. The providers were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and quick to respond when I had questions. Once I hit my goal weight I called to cancel the service and Elizabeth was very helpful and celebrated my weight loss win.

I was quoted the following fees: $387 for 6 month membership. Meds would be $99 10 units, $129 20 units, $159 30 units and $239 40-100 units. The first two shipments were billed correctly. The second 2 were billed at $189 & $269, both $30 more than I was quoted. I would expect a refund for the additional $60 that was billed to my credit card. Same experience as the other that enrolled late May (ish) - the promised 10-14 days turned into more like 3 weeks. Since then, more timely. VERY UNHAPPY with the overcharge.
