Starts out cheap. Pretty soon gets really expensive. Meds run about 250 a month, but 6 months in I was hit with a sudden $750 charge on top of the 250 per month that I thought was surely a mistake... nope. Will likely cancel my account with them when this 6 months is up and go with a cheaper provider. Also, medication shipments are extremely slow.... meds are supposed to arrive cold... they often do not.

Cara introduced herself and was very through with the explanation of the medication the expense and what I could expect. The call was promptly at our set time and I had no issues all my questions were answered in a clear and understandable manner.

LifeMD is a wonderful company to use. The workers are very nice and friendly and always has such an amazing attitude. They are quick to help you and resolve any problems you may have. I have been blessed and haven’t had any problems besides getting a PA number for my medicine but when I call them about it they get right on it and have it taken care of the same day. The doctors are very good also. I would recommend anyone using them.

Worked with my insurance to get me coverage for meds. Treating Physicians I've had so far are too short with their patient visits and leave snarky responses to questions in the patient portal. Also, visits aren't covered/ran through insurance.
