Total rip off
Total rip off, I went to LifeMD for a sleep aid for my husband & was prescribed something with bad side effects and tried to cancel less than an hour later. Not possible, terms and conditions say the first month even if you cancel is non-refundable. Go see a regular doctor or expect to pay hundreds of dollars a month with or without services and prescriptions.

I've been using LifeMD for 10 months
I've been using LifeMD for 10 months. Customer services has been excellent. I'm down 55 lbs with 35 more to go to my goal. I went from not walking to walking 3-5 miles a day.

What an absolute rip-off
What an absolute rip-off! They advertise GLP1s for $74 a month if you pay $888 up front. Then you click through and after you "subscribe" you have to agree to $300 a month on top of whatever you just agreed to. Very confused I called and they said the $888 is to access "the platform". I asked for a refund of the $40 down and they refused. Filing fraud with Visa currently. Run from this company!!

Great experience. As a mental health practitioner, I am used to doing telehealth and very familiar with the process. My provider was thorough, informative, and efficient. Highly recommend LifeMD.

I’ve been a customer for almost 2…
I’ve been a customer for almost 2 months. It was very easy to meet the dr online and get a GLP-1 prescription for weight loss. When it came time for my 2nd month prescription I met with the dr online and upped my dose. The prescription was sent to their online pharmacy but never shipped out! I have tried numerous times to get it taken care of but my emails and messages get no reply and when I speak to someone they apologize and say they will “send a note to the pharmacy”. It still hasn’t shipped. Their service is terrible. I do NOT recommend using them. I will have to cancel and find another doctor.
